EREOO Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: April 9, 2026

EREOO gives account holders a way to delete their profile from inside the application. These instructions explain how tenant admins and registered users can request or complete deletion of their account data.

Delete Your Account From Your Profile

Log in to EREOO, open your profile page, and use the Delete Account option. The application will ask for your password before deleting the account from active use.

Tenant admins can reach their account profile from the dashboard profile or settings area, or directly at https://ereoo.com/profile after logging in.

What Is Deleted

When an account is deleted, EREOO removes the user profile from active use, including access to the account name, email address, password credential, and profile information stored for that user account.

Tenant, Billing, and Service Records

Some tenant records, billing records, session records, audit logs, support records, generated files, or security records may need separate handling because they can be tied to subscriptions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, active services, or other users in the same tenant workspace.

If you are the tenant admin and want the tenant workspace or related service data deleted, contact EREOO support from the email address on your account and include your tenant name, account email, and the deletion request details.

Students and Invited Users

Registered users or students who joined through a tenant portal can ask the tenant admin to remove their user profile from that tenant. If the tenant cannot help, contact EREOO support with the email address used for the account.

Processing Time

Profile deletion through the in-app delete option is processed immediately for the user account. Manual deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after identity and ownership are verified, unless retention is required by law, security, billing, dispute resolution, or service continuity obligations.

Questions

For deletion questions, use the support details published by the EREOO platform operator or the support contact configured inside the application. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details in deletion requests.
